Peter and Jake Swenson.

Over two decades each in door-to-door sales taught us the painful version of every lesson. We hired wrong and hired right, built slow and built fast, lost good people in week one and sustained countless rookies into multi-year vets, burned cash on job boards, and leveraged job boards to generate $100M+ in revenue.

As we learned to scale profitably, we sat down and built the system from first-touch principles, applicant generation, screening automation, a pre-launch Sales School, and rookie ramp-up frameworks. We installed it inside our own solar company and scaled to 2,000+ reps and $130M+ in production.

Other founders and sales leaders saw what we'd built and asked if we could build it for them. D2D HIRE was born, and within a year we installed the same engine for 60+ D2D and direct sales teams across 40+ states.

Our work has to do two things at once: serve the needs of your team today and build the foundation for a long-term collaboration tomorrow. If your business model or culture isn't a great fit for our process, we will tell you on the front end. Saying yes to the wrong partnership costs both sides too much.

Our profitability is directly tied to the success of the reps we place and retain inside your organization. In the immediate term, that shows up in our fee structure. Long-term, the partnership only continues when your team is winning and profiting predictably. Both clocks run on the same outcome.
